• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and labels intact

• Products with manufacturing defects
• Wrong items shipped by mistake
• Damaged items received (report within 24 hours of delivery)

Not Eligible for Return:

• Installed or used parts
• Electrical items once packaging is opened
• Custom-ordered or special-order parts
• Items without original packaging or labels

How to Return:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Get return authorization from our team
4. Pack items securely in original packaging
5. Ship back to our address (shipping costs may apply)

Refund Process:

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective)

• Items Without Original Packaging - Products missing original boxes, labels, or tags

• Damaged Packaging - Items with torn, damaged, or missing original packaging

For all other items, you have 3 days from delivery to initiate a return, provided they remain unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately - these situations are handled differently and are eligible for return/replacement.
